It's difficult not to expect too much from Bruce. I'm so excited I can hardly remember that the Reds won't be in first place after tonight's game. It's as if I think Bruce can singlehandedly make the Reds gain seven games in one night. Gotta remember at the end of the day, the least we can be is six back. Sure did blow a chance for a gain (three times!) over the weekend when all NL Central teams but Pittsburgh lost.After Sunday's debacle, Reds are the top two strikeout pitchers in all of baseball. It's kind of fun to say that. (We take what we can get.)
